Base pay range

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join one of our distinguished clients in the South-West, near Bristol. They need cover whilst they find a permanent replacement and therefore this contract will be on a rolling basis. Most of the caseload is non-contentious wills and probate work and the number of cases is relatively average.

Working Arrangement: Mostly remote with 1 day in the office.

Hourly Rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX qualified.
• Must be comfortable managing their own caseloads with minimal supervision.

Duties:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and care.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
