Job Description:

This opening is with a highly-regarded law firm in London which genuinely places private client as a core part of its offering. The firm acts for a superb client base including HNW individuals, families, trusts and charities, amongst others.

This position will involve all manner of private client disputes including trusts and probate issues. Working in a well-structured team in a great central London location, this role will involve advice across all manner of UK and cross-border trust and estate litigation including disputes in high-value inheritance, domicile, and property-related private matters.

You will either be a specialist private client disputes lawyer, or a general litigation lawyer with a focus on trusts litigation. You will have current or recent experience working in a highly-rated London or leading national law firm. We are ideally seeking lawyers between five and ten years’ PQE, however we will consider strong applicants just outside of this level.
