Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Private Client lawyer to join a market-leading national firm in Bristol. This role offers exposure to high and ultra-high net worth clients and a collaborative Private Capital team, with strong opportunities for progression across Associate, Senior Associate or Partner levels.

You will advise on lifetime planning, wills and trusts for international clients, with support from a dedicated Trust Management team and a comprehensive learning and development

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ PQE in private client work with strong experience in wills and lifetime planning.
• Experience advising high and ultra-high net worth individuals and international clients.

Responsibilities

• Advising on estate planning and drafting wills and trust documents for HNW and international clients.
• Providing inheritance tax and capital gains tax advice.
• Supporting business owners with pre-exit planning strategies.
• Advising on the creation, management and winding up of trusts with support from a Trust Management team.
• Liaising with financial planners and discussing a broad range of financial products.
• Advising on deeds of variation, discretionary trusts and loan arrangements.
• Attending networking events, webinars and speaking opportunities to raise profile.
• Delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trusted relationships.
