• Experience working in a Private Client department.
• Ability to undertake searches and ID checks without dictation.
• Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to Private Client Solicitors.
• Prepare correspondence using the case management system.
• Administer filing systems including opening and closing client files.

Skills

Experience in Private Client departments

High levels of speed and accuracy
