Qualifications

• Experience as Private Client Legal Assistant.
• Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties.
• Record detailed attendance notes for all correspondence.
• Open and close files, keeping them up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support.
• Draft basic letters and prepare/submit simple legal documents.
• Complete legal forms, register documents, and submit applications to the Court.
• Conduct searches and register Wills with Certainty.
• Prepare and submit bills.
• Create Estate Accounts.
• Provide reception cover.
