Responsibilities

• Lead on high-value private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and complex tax and succession issues.
• Act as the senior private client presence in Cardiff, with a remit to grow both the team and client base.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level lawyers as the team expands.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm’s national private client and wider private wealth practice.
• Play a key role in business development, profile-raising, and strategic planning.
