Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow and Morayshire is seeking a private client lawyer to join a growing Private Client Team. You will advise clients on wills, trusts, executries and incapacity matters, contributing to comprehensive estate planning.

Experience with private client law is preferred, STEP qualification or dual Scots/English is helpful but not essential. The firm offers a flexible and supportive working environment.

Exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing Private Client Team in Glasgow and Morayshire. The team takes pride in providing exceptional services to their clients and is looking for like-minded individuals.

The successful candidate will advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, executries, adults with incapacity matters and estate planning (to include inheritance and capital gains tax issues). Being STEP-qualified and/or dual Scots/English qualified will be helpful although is not essential.

Ideally, interested applicants will be experienced with knowledge of private client law, however, the team is willing to speak with candidates at all levels.
