Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is assisting a growing full-service law firm in recruiting a Lawyer to join its busy Private Client Team in Dundee or Edinburgh. The role targets a Private Client Solicitor with 0–6 years PQE who will handle wills, executry administration, trusts, tax planning and AWI issues.

You will work with a supportive team, have a focus on quality and attention to detail, and have the opportunity to pursue STEP qualifications or equivalent professional development.

Qualifications

• 0–6 years PQE in private client law
• Experience in wills, executry administration, trusts, tax planning
• Willingness to pursue STEP qualifications or similar development

Our client, a growing full-service law firm, is currently recruiting for a Lawyer to join its busy Private Client Team.

Based in either Dundee or Edinburgh office, this role is ideal for a motivated Private Client Solicitor with 0-6 years PQE. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on wills, executry administration (including tax matters), trust creation and management, tax planning, and Adults with Incapacity (AWI) issues such as Powers of Attorney and Guardianships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong drive to contribute to the department’s growth, and a willingness to pursue STEP qualifications or similar professional development if not already held.
