Job summary

Thomson & Bancks LLP in Worcestershire is seeking an experienced Private Client lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a thriving, friendly team in a beautiful market town.

You will handle Wills, tax planning, estate administration, powers of attorney and trust advice, as well as advising on home purchases and family matters with care. The firm offers 33 days of annual leave (pro rata for part time) including bank holidays and a Birthday day off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in private client law.
• Experience with Wills, tax planning, and estate administration.
• Ability to advise on trusts and powers of attorney.
• Client-focused, local service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Wills, tax planning and trust advice.
• Handle estate administration and powers of attorney.
