Job summary

G2legal is partnering with a Weymouth-based law firm to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (1+ year PQE). The role offers a flexible arrangement with full-time or part-time options, and a busy private client department to drive client service excellence.

You will handle wills, probate, Court of Protection matters, trusts and estate administrations while building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year PQE in private client law.
• Experience handling wills, probate and related matters.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse private client caseload including wills, probate and trusts.
• Handle Court of Protection matters and power of attorney.
• Provide tax planning guidance and estate administration support.
• Develop new client relationships and networking for growth.
