Qualifications

• Knowledge of drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and administering Estates.
• Experience handling varied caseloads, including more complex wills and taxable estates.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse Private Client caseload across wills, LPAs, and estates administration.
• Provide high quality legal advice and collaborate with colleagues to cross-refer work.
• Develop skills in tax and succession planning and client advisory services.
