Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is assisting a well-established law firm in Blackheath, London to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer. The role covers a varied caseload from instruction to completion, with a focus on high service standards and client relations.

You will draft Wills, advise on estate planning, handle probate and estate administration, and give guidance on trusts and LPAs. The firm supports long-term progression and offers a collaborative environment with mentoring

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive required.
• Experience handling Wills, probate, estate administration, trusts and LPAs.
• Able to manage a full caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Draft Wills and advise on estate planning matters.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters.
• Advise on trusts and tax planning.
• Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Encourage repeat business and referrals across the firm.
• Meet time recording and billing targets.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
