Job summary

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to provide expert advice on wills, probate, trusts and estate planning. You will manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development while upholding professional standards.

The role offers a salary of £45k–£50k dependent on experience and is a hybrid position with one day per week in the office in Barry, working 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with 3+ years' experience in private client law.
• Strong experience in wills, probate, estate administration and LPAs.
• Excellent drafting, research and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wills and estate planning: draft, review and update wills as per client wishes.
• Probate and estate administration: advise executors and prepare probate documents.
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning: advise on trusts and exemptions.
• Lasting powers of attorney and capacity matters: advise and register LPAs.
• Client relationship management and business development: maintain and grow client base.
• Compliance and case management: ensure adherence to legislation and firm policies.
