Additional Resources Ltd seeks a Private Client Solicitor to join its team. The role focuses on wills, probate and related private client matters, with supervision of junior staff and a drive for quality client care.

You will manage your own caseload, develop client relationships and contribute to department growth. A salary of £40,000–£60,000 and benefits are offered, with office-based work and some home working flexibility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Approx. 5 years PQE in private client law is highly preferable.
• STEP qualification or membership preferred.
• Client-focused, practical and flexible approach to work.
• Strong track record of independently managing a private client caseload.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own caseload covering wills, probate, Powers of Attorney and related matters.
• Advise clients on a range of private client matters and older client services.
• Maintain accurate case files in line with procedures and standards.
• Work towards fee-earning and time-recording targets.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and support more complex trusts and estate work.
