Yolk Recruitment is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor for a South Wales position. The role focuses on managing Private Client matters, including drafting wills, probate, and estate planning, with a strong emphasis on client care.

You will handle a varied caseload, advise on inheritance tax, and support LPA and trust matters. The role offers hybrid working and scope for progression within an established firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in Wills & Probate / Private Client.
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied Private Client caseload, including drafting wills and estate administration.
• Advise on Inheritance Tax and estate planning, including Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Manage own files and build strong client relationships.
• Provide commercially minded advice and act with professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service.
