Job summary

BWF Legal Recruitment is assisting a well-established law firm in recruiting a Private Client Lawyer. The role offers autonomy to manage a personal caseload across wills, estate administration, trusts, LPA, and Court of Protection matters, in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical ability in private client matters.
• Experience advising individuals and families on private client issues.
• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team and manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across private client matters.
• Advise clients on Wills, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax planning.
• Handle Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters as needed.
• Collaborate with Head of Department to deliver quality client service.
