Qualifications

• NQ–3 years’ PQE required.
• Experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate desirable or strong interest in Private Client.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Draft wills and provide tailored advice on wishes and future planning.
• Advise on Powers of Attorney and prepare relevant documents.
• Support probate and estate administration for executors and beneficiaries.
• Assist with Inheritance Tax planning and estate planning strategies.
• Gain experience across Trusts and other private client areas.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with professional, practical guidance.
