Private Client Lawyer

A private practice in Exeter is seeking a qualified private client solicitor or private client legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in a mixed private client discipline.

This is a partner-led private practice with a strong client base across the South and South West, including high net worth individuals. The Private Client department offers a full range of non-contentious and contentious private client services. This role will be an addition to the Exeter team, providing a full-time, hybrid working opportunity.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, including advising, reviewing, and drafting Wills—from simple forms to complex ones involving business assets and overseas interests—Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts, and Tax and IHT planning.

Applicants should have at least 2 years PQE, with the ability to deliver confident, professional, and dedicated service to clients both face-to-face and over the telephone. The role offers genuine variety and requires the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
