Service Care Solutions is partnering with a top 200 law firm to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer for their established Private Client team in Nottinghamshire. Hybrid working is available.

The role covers a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning, with mentorship of junior colleagues and a focus on business development. Salary is £45,000 to £65,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Significant experience handling a broad range of private client matters.
• Strong knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Tax Planning and Mental Capacity.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior members of the team.

• Mentor junior colleagues and help grow the Private Client department.

Service Care Solutions is proud to be working with a Top 200 law firm , with offices across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire , which is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their established Private Client team.

Role:

Private Client Lawyer

Location:

Nottinghamshire - hybrid working

Salary:

£45,000 to £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of private client law from start through to completion.
• Be heavily involved in the development of the department through mentoring junior colleagues and helping to grow an already successful Private Client practice.
• Contribute to business development for the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant experience handling a broad range of private client matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Mental Capacity matters.
• The ability to supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
