Qualifications

• Expérience de plus de 2 ans en tant qu'avocat spécialisé en droit des successions.
• Compétence dans la gestion de cas incluant successions, testaments et planification fiscale.
• Accréditation ou formation en cours vers STEP ou SFE préférée.

Responsibilities

• Gérer un portefeuille de clients dans les domaines de la planification successorale et des impôts.
• Surveiller les activités administratives et de succession.
• Fournir un encadrement à de plus jeunes avocats.

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - 2-3 PQE
CHELMSFORD, ESSEX
£45,000 - £60,000

QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for aPrivate Client Solicitor / Fee Earnerand to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Chelmsford, Essex.

The role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers really good structure for progression and development in a successful team on hand. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration and with a supervisory element to the position.

The ideal candidatemust:

• Have +2years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
• Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
• A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards
