Desired Experience

? Associate – 4+ PQE in Private Client (STEP-qualified or working toward it)

? Senior Associate – 6+ PQE with experience leading on complex estates and team mentoring

? A commercial, empathetic, and proactive approach to client service

? Excellent communication skills and genuine interest in long-term client relationships
