• Advising HNW clients on Wills, Trusts, Executries, Tax Planning & Guardianships
• Leading complex estate planning and succession matters
• Collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless client experience
• Mentoring junior lawyers (Senior Associate role) and shaping team strategy

Desired Experience

• Associate – 4+ PQE in Private Client (STEP-qualified or working toward it)
• Senior Associate – 6+ PQE with experience leading on complex estates and team mentoring

Additional qualities include a commercial, empathetic, and proactive approach to client service, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in long-term client relationships.
