Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Private Client Solicitor at Associate/Partner level to join its busy Private Client team in Glasgow, UK. You will provide comprehensive legal solutions with commercial awareness and be involved in all aspects of private client work.

You will advise on wills, structures for family and charitable trusts, Powers of Attorney, winding up estates, cohabitation and separation agreements.

Responsibilities

• Wills: prepare, review and execute wills with client-focused planning.
• Trusts: advise on structures for family and charitable trusts and administer them.
• Powers of Attorney: draft and advise on powers of attorney
• Estate administration: winding up estates and related tax considerations
• Cohabitation agreements: draft and advise on cohabitation agreements
• Separation agreements: advise on separation agreements and related matters
