Errington Legal is seeking a Private Client Associate in Chelmsford to join a top-tier regional practice with a hybrid working model. You will manage a high‑quality caseload and provide expert advice to private clients.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor or CILEX with 4+ years PQE in Private Client, capable of handling complex matters independently and mentoring junior colleagues. You will work closely with partners and contribute to business development while upholding client-focused
