Job summary

Cavendish Maine Recruitment is seeking a Private Client Account Handler to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will work with Client Executives and Account Directors for tailored insurance solutions and service excellence, with the chance to develop within a growing independent broker.

Role welcomes experienced Private Client Advisors or Personal Lines Account Handlers seeking progression. Hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Has solid private client insurance experience, preferably within HNW/Private Clients.
• Knows relevant insurance products and insurance principles.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of Private Client accounts from renewal to daily administration.
• Support Client Executives and Account Directors with broking, reporting and servicing.
• Respond to client inquiries and policy changes promptly and professionally.
• Provide proactive service for clients, insurers and colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to enhance cover through cross-selling and gap reviews.
• Maintain accurate records ensuring regulatory and company standards.
