Job summary

ACS Group is seeking an accomplished Private Chef to join a prestigious private household based primarily in London, with additional residences and international travel requirements. The successful candidate will create restaurant-quality cuisine tailored to the Principals' preferences, dietary needs, and daily routines while upholding impeccable kitchen management and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in a private household, UHNW environment, luxury hospitality or aboard a luxury yacht.
• Excellent culinary skills with personalised cuisine and dietary balance.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and allergen management.
• Willingness to travel internationally and rotate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and monthly menus tailored to preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare restaurant-quality meals using premium ingredients while maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Source premium ingredients and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee kitchen organization, stock, labeling, and inventory controls.
• Cook for household staff and coordinate with House Manager and nutritionist.
• Travel with principals and adapt to different kitchens and markets.
