Job summary

ACS Group is seeking an accomplished Private Chef to join a prestigious private household primarily in London, with international travel requirements. The role requires restaurant-quality cuisine, personalised nutrition, and impeccable kitchen management.

Working with the House Manager, Butler and nutritionist, you will deliver well-balanced meals, maintain high standards of food safety and presentation, and coordinate dining for Principals and staff across residences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Private Chef in UHNW private households or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent culinary skills and refined palate with personalised cuisine.
• Strong nutrition knowledge, dietary balance, and allergies.
• Experience with nutritionists or health professionals desirable.
• Sourcing premium ingredients, especially seafood and seasonal produce.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and food safety.
• Discretion, calm, and professional in a private residence.
• Willing to travel internationally and rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus tailored to individual preferences, dietary requirements, and schedules.
• Prepare restaurant-quality meals using premium ingredients.
• Ensure kitchen safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Manage stock, labelling, FIFO, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with House Manager, Butler, and nutritionist for seamless dining.
