Job summary

ACS Group is seeking an accomplished Private Chef for a prestigious private household based in London, with additional residences and international travel requirements.

This role combines restaurant-quality cooking with nutrition-focused dining, tailored to the Principals’ preferences and daily routines, while maintaining kitchen standards and food safety. You will work closely with the House Manager, nutritionist, and staff to ensure a seamless dining experience across residences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Chef in a private household, UHNW environment, luxury hospitality setting, or aboard a luxury yacht.
• Excellent culinary skills with a refined palate and the ability to tailor cuisine to individual preferences and dietary requirements.
• Experience collaborating with nutritionists or health professionals to support nutritional objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly and monthly menus tailored to individual preferences, dietary requirements, health goals, and schedules.
• Deliver restaurant-quality cuisine using premium ingredients and impeccable plating and presentation.
• Maintain an impeccably organised kitchen with rigorous food safety, hygiene, stock management, and allergen controls.
