Job summary

Houlihan Lokey in London is seeking an Associate for its Primary Capital Advisory (PCA) team. You will participate in transaction execution, lead day-to-day project workstreams, and coordinate due diligence, including marketing materials for fundraisings.

In this role, you will support senior colleagues in client dialogue and relationship management, with exposure to private markets, capital solutions, and a high-growth European team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background and 3–4 years in private capital advisory or related roles.
• Experience executing fundraising mandates and investor interactions.
• Ability to manage data rooms and coordinate due diligence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of primary fundraising mandates and lead project workstreams.
• Coordinate due diligence, prepare marketing materials (PPMs, DDQs, investor decks).
• Manage investor outreach, pipeline tracking, and closing processes.
• Assist senior team in client dialogue and relationship management.
