Summary

Create and execute a global strategy for Deel’s corporate structure during expansion. Build a compliance engine to ensure Deel’s international footprint remains a benchmark in Corporate Compliance within EOR, Global HR Tech, and Global Payroll.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and manage legal risks; escalate to leadership and recommend mitigation strategies
2. Launch new products across jurisdictions to support clients' global growth efficiently
3. Map the competitive landscape to maintain compliance benchmarks
4. Develop and grow the Legal Corporate team to achieve Deel’s goals
5. Manage documentation and information systems for compliant entity maintenance
6. Remain agile amidst conflicting priorities and manage stakeholders effectively

Qualifications

1. 5+ years in Legal Operations, Corporate Structure, and Governance (globally)
2. 2+ years leading teams
3. Law Degree (preferred)
4. Project Management Certification (preferred)
5. Experience launching new products (preferred)
6. Ability to manage international stakeholders
