Job Title: Privacy Operation Lead

I am currently recruiting for a Privacy Operation Lead for my insurance client. This role will support the Global Privacy office in planning, implementing, and monitoring global privacy projects within their privacy programme.

This is an initial 6-month contract, paying around £600/day (Inside IR35), with a hybrid work model requiring once a week on-site attendance.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Extensive experience in data protection and privacy, including GDPR and other jurisdictional privacy laws
• Up-to-date knowledge of privacy developments and regulations
• Experience embedding privacy strategies and fostering privacy culture within business operations
• Understanding of privacy and data protection requirements and controls
• Experience using OneTrust privacy software tools
• Proven ability to deliver change projects from initiation to business handover
• Experience designing and delivering presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, and senior stakeholders, with clear communication of key messages
