GSK is seeking a Privacy Operations Director to coordinate privacy and data governance across R&D and CPO. You will translate privacy principles into scalable, automated controls integrated into platforms, data pipelines, and AI/ML lifecycles, ensuring compliant and ethical data use.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (information governance, privacy, CS, life sciences).
• Significant experience in information governance, AI governance, and privacy operations.
• Hands-on experience with genetic/genomic research or pharmacogenomics (PGx).
• Experience in managing operational privacy programmes (IRRs, third-party due diligence, privacy monitoring).
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into automated, enforceable privacy controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead privacy strategy and advance privacy-by-design across R&D and clinical activities.
• Provide privacy guidance to cross-functional teams in clinical research, real-world evidence, AI initiatives, and patient engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to embed privacy considerations in data use, system development, and governance.
• Operationalise privacy requirements as a core governance product; codify privacy into engineering workflows and data products.
• Monitor data use, rights requests, cross-border transfers, and regulatory compliance across R&D and CPO.
