Amber Employment Services Ltd. seeks a Data Protection Specialist to lead a focused programme of privacy compliance improvements within an established organisation.

The assignment runs to 31 March 2027, with potential for extension. Your main priority will be to develop a comprehensive Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), review DPIAs, and update data protection provisions in contracts, while creating clear guidance, screening checklists and learning materials for colleagues; you will work

Qualificações

• Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
• Experience developing ROPAs and completing DPIAs.
• Able to explain requirements clearly to colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a comprehensive ROPA for the organisation.
• Gather information from departments to identify gaps, risks and actions.
• Establish a process to keep the ROPA up to date.
• Review and update DPIAs; support new assessments.
• Review data protection clauses in existing contracts.
• Create guidance, checklists and learning materials.
• Help colleagues understand responsibilities and apply privacy requirements.
