Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Project / Site Manager for a major new-build project in the East Midlands. The role involves day-to-day site coordination, managing supervisors and installation teams, reading drawings, and ensuring progress against the programme on a busy site.

Experience delivering prisons projects is highly desirable; CSCS is essential and SMSTS advantageous. Permanent or freelance options available, with an equal commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong site/ project management experience on major builds.
• Experience delivering prison-related projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage large site teams across multiple areas.
• Ability to read, understand and challenge construction drawings.
• Good sequencing and programme awareness.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with site paperwork.
• CSCS is essential and SMSTS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and coordination of works across site.
• Managing supervisors, operatives and specialist installation teams.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Coordinating works across multiple areas simultaneously.
• Monitoring progress against the Main Contractor's programme.
• Identifying potential programme improvements and efficiencies.
• Liaising with the Main Contractor and project team.
• Maintaining high standards of H&S, quality and delivery.
