Practice Plus Group is hiring a Primary Care Nurse for HMP Millsike, a new category C prison in Full Sutton, East Yorkshire. You will join a multi-disciplinary team delivering nurse-led services across the site and contribute to high-quality care while supporting hospital admission prevention.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week in a rolling 5-week pattern, with weekend work; salary up to £41,659 depending on experience. Induction and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse – Adult requirement.
• Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD).
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency environment.
• Non-judgmental and compassionate approach.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver nurse-led services within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Undertake medication rounds and attend emergency situations as required.
• Lead nurse-led clinics delivering patient-centred care.
• Provide care focusing on feedback, personalization and patient outcomes.
