Qualifications

• Level 2 certificate in food production within hospitality and catering or equivalent.
• Food hygiene certificate Level 2.
• Working towards Level 3 or NVQ Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offenders to prepare and cook nutritious meals.
• Lead kitchen operations in an industrial setting.
• Support offenders to gain qualifications and reduce reoffending risk.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
