Job summary

Amey is hiring a permanent Cleaner at HMP Wealstun, Church Causeway, Thorp Arch, Wetherby. The role is based on 39 hours per week with a part-time option of 20 hours, offering a steady salary and secure employment within the MoJ account.

You will deliver high-quality cleaning services, maintain safety, and work as part of a team to support a clean and welcoming environment for inmates and staff. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and punctual in a busy environment.
• Experience cleaning large buildings or sites is desirable.
• Willingness to work in a secure prison environment.
• Experience using cleaning chemicals safely and operating cleaning machinery.
• Flexible to the 39-hour week (part-time option 20 hours).

Responsibilities
