Amey is seeking a Cleaning Working Team Leader for on-site duties at HMP Wymott, near Leyland. The role is permanent, Monday–Friday, 39 hours, 06:00–15:00 with an early finish at 14:00 on Fridays, no weekends.

You will supervise a team of cleaners, lead by example, carry out audits, manage stock and equipment, and ensure safety and compliance (H&S, COSHH, RAMS) in a secure prison environment.

The position offers stability with a local role close to home for Leyland, Preston or Chorley residents.

Qualificações

• Previous cleaning supervisor or team leader experience (must have)
• Reliable, organised and confident supporting a team
• Experience on large or busy sites (FM background ideal)
• Comfortable working in a secure prison environment
• IOSH / BICSc desirable, but not essential
