Job summary

Trigon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Manager (Education) to join the leadership team at HMP Pentonville. This role leads on QTLA, curriculum quality and staff development within a prison education environment, reporting to the Education Manager and driving improvements across vocational, creative and personal development programmes.

Qualifications

• Qualified to teach at Level 5 or above (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, QTLS or equivalent).
• English and Maths at Level 3 or above.
• IQA qualification or willingness to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Lead QTLA across the education provision.
• Drive improvements in learner achievement, retention and progression.
• Conduct observations, learning walks, deep dives and quality reviews.
• Coach staff to improve classroom practice and learner outcomes.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
• Build partnerships to support learner success.
