Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Psychological Therapist to join the integrated mental health and justice pathway across three local prisons (HMP Wayland, HMP Norwich, HMP Bure). You will provide CBT, CAT, counselling and EMDR, with dual CBT and counselling skills essential to support service requirements.

Qualifications

• Health or Social Care professional qualification (RMN / Dip OT / Clinical Psychology / Diploma in Social Work)
• Postgraduate diploma in CBT or CAT or family therapy or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic assessment and treatment in a prison setting.
• Manage an autonomous caseload with support from the team.
• Liaise with prison services, drug/alcohol services, and other health teams to ensure holistic care.
• Travel independently across 3 prisons as required.
