Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks is seeking a Priority Service Advisor in Perth to support vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism. The role involves data entry, maintaining the priority customer database, and delivering accurate, high-quality service in a busy environment.
You will work with flexible hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, to cover weather-related incidents and network events while upholding industry regulations and SSEN values.
Base Location: Perth
Salary: £30,684 - £36,666 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

As a Priority Service Advisor, you will speak directly with our vulnerable customers, listening to their concerns, then making every effort to look after those who need extra assistance.
For this role we would require your flexibility between Monday to Friday 07:00-20:00 and Saturday 08:00-17:00.
