Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Flexo Printer to join our Daventry facility. You will operate and maintain flexographic presses, set up and adjust settings for print quality, and support finishing equipment such as die cutters and rewinders.

You’ll work within cross-functional teams to uphold tight tolerances and drive efficiency. Ideal candidates have proven flexographic experience, knowledge of foil techniques and embossing, strong IT skills, and the ability to work independently on press with good

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating flexographic presses in packaging/labels.
• Experience with hot and cold foil and embossing.
• Ability to work independently on press.
• Strong IT literacy and in-house software familiarity.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines per job specs.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings for print quality.
• Operate/assist finishing equipment (die cutters, slitters, rewinders).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and yield.
• Ensure registration, color match, and tolerances across runs.
• Communicate with production team and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures and production protocols.
