Leeds Arts University, the North of England’s specialist arts university, seeks a Print & Printmaking Instructor for sessions across Blenheim Walk and Vernon Street workshops. You will instruct FE/HE students in safe print techniques, plan inductions, and prepare learning materials, while maintaining equipment and supporting staff and students.

The role requires some evening sessions and occasional Saturdays; a creative discipline degree or equivalent experience is essential, with preferred

Competenze

• Degree in a creative discipline or equivalent industrial experience.
• Experience with screen printing (fabric/paper) and screen prep/exposure.
• Experience assisting/instructing students is desirable.

Mansioni

• Instruct FE and HE students in the safe, appropriate use of Print and Printmaking equipment.
• Plan and deliver inductions on relevant processes and prepare learning materials.
• Support staff and students by setting up and maintaining equipment and materials in the print and printmaking workshops.
• Liaise across two workshop locations (Blenheim Walk and Vernon Street) and work some evenings and Saturdays.
