Harrison Scott Associates is recruiting for an established manufacturer of sustainable print and packaging solutions. An Account Manager will bridge clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment, focusing on strong relationship management and precise order processing.

The role requires attention to detail, coordination across departments, and proactive problem-solving to ensure smooth manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in print, flexible packaging, or manufacturing.
• ERP proficiency (Radius or similar) and strong MS Office skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and capable of communicating at all levels.
• Meticulous accuracy in handling job packs and orders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts and build trust.
• Manage sales orders from enquiry to completion with accurate pricing.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning and Production for material availability.
• Prepare and check detailed job packs 5 days before production.
• Manage customer forecasts, support trial orders, and resolve inquiries within 24–48 hours.
