Job summary

Evo Personnel are recruiting a Print Operative for a prestigious manufacturing client in the Rossendale area. The role involves operating manual and semi-automatic presses, monitoring production and ensuring machines run at full capacity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in flexographic, lithographic or gravure printing, be hands-on, and willing to progress within a forward-thinking company. Salary £35,000 DOE with overtime; average 38.5 hours per week; closing date 23 October 2026.

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency, and we are looking to recruit a Print Operative for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Rossendale area.

Salary & Package

£35,000.00 DOE.

Overtime.

Continental shifts.

Training is on the day shift.

Average 38.5 hours a week.

Experience Required

• Flexographic or Lithographic or Gravure printing experience.
• Operate manual & Semi-automatic machinery.
• Experience using 4-coulour stack presses and 8-colour CI presses.
• Monitor the machines production.
• Quality assurance.
• Check the machines are running are full capacity
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is suited for a Print Operative who has worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll need be required to monitor the machines production, ensure the machine is running at full capacity and be hands-on in the operation.
