At JoJo, we’re looking for a Print & Graphic Designer.

You will work under the guidance of your line manager, responsible for researching, developing, and designing a wide range of creative prints and graphics for various product areas across Childrenswear and Maternity clothing.

You will collaborate with buying and department heads to ensure the range is commercially balanced, innovative, and aligned with core products. Managing critical deadlines and meeting team targets is essential.

A peek into your daily adventures

  • Design and develop innovative prints and graphics for children's and maternity ranges.
  • Build strong relationships with the team, including buyers and department heads, analyzing ranges and developing them based on success and failure reviews.
  • Mentor junior team members, assisting their development and time management.
  • Understand print repeats, graphic design, color balance, and commercial print handwriting, with awareness of costing limitations.
  • Work effectively with international factories, managing timelines and problem-solving to meet critical path dates.
  • Coordinate with technologists to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Create detailed artwork packs.
  • Manage the design critical path and support development and production timelines.
  • Establish strong supplier relationships, understanding their strengths and working with the buying team on sourcing strategies.
  • Understand construction techniques for intricate embroideries and appliqué.
  • Present ranges to line managers and the wider business.
  • Be aware of copyright laws and protection.

  • Minimum 5+ years in a similar designer role.
  • Ability to design across multiple product categories.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in designing high-quality prints and graphics aligned with brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player attitude.
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience managing junior team members.
