Job summary

TRAK Employment Solutions Limited is hiring a skilled Print Finisher to join our print production team. You will handle final finishing steps such as cutting, folding, laminating, binding, and packaging, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

You will operate guillotines, folders, laminators, binding machines, and stitchers; perform quality checks; and maintain a clean, safe finishing area. Collaboration with printers, designers and dispatch staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Print Finisher or in a print production environment.
• Good understanding of finishing techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment including guillotines, folders, laminators, binding machines and stitchers.
• Ensure materials are trimmed, folded and finished to job specifications.
• Carry out quality checks at all stages of the finishing process.
• Package and prepare completed jobs for dispatch or delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the finishing area.
• Perform basic maintenance on finishing equipment.
• Accurately complete job sheets and update production records.
• Work closely with printers, designers and dispatch staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our print production team. The Print Finisher will be responsible for the final stages of the printing process, ensuring all printed materials are finished to the highest standard and delivered on time. This includes cutting, binding, folding, laminating, and packaging printed products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of finishing equipment including guillotines, folders, laminators, binding machines, and stitchers
• Ensure printed materials are trimmed, folded, and finished according to job specifications
• Carry out quality checks at all stages of the finishing process
• Package and prepare completed jobs for dispatch or delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the finishing area
