Job summary

The Best Connection Swindon is seeking a Print Finisher for the day shift in Swindon. This is an ongoing assignment with a reputable employer and a well-supported production team.

You must have at least 1 year of experience with finishing equipment (guillotine, stitching, binding) and be comfortable operating the Epson 9000. Hours are Monday to Friday with occasional flexible hours; wage range £15.50–£17.50 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience setting up and operating finishing equipment (guillotine folding, stitching, binding).
• Experience with print finishing processes and quality checks.
• Ability to work as part of a production team to hit daily targets.

• Confidently join the production team as a Print Finisher.
• Operate and set up finishing equipment with emphasis on Guillotine folding, stitching and binding machines.
• Produce high-quality finished products and meet daily targets, while following safety procedures.

Our client is located in the Swindon area, accessible by public transport

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience working on set up and operate finishing equipment, with particular emphasis on Guillotine folding machines, stitching, and binding machines

Hours and pay:

Monday-Friday with occasional flexible hours to meet deadlines

£15.50 to £17.50 per hour DOE

Job Responsibilities for our client in Swindon:

Confident working as a Print Finisher to join our production team.

Experienced working on Epson 9000 digital proofing device.

Confident setting up and operate finishing equipment, with particular emphasis on Guillotine folding machines, stitching, and binding machines,

Produce consistently high-quality finished products.

Physically capable of handling materials, and a strong team player.

Collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
