Job Description:

One of London’s premier digital print companies is seeking a resilient and tenacious Business Development Director to join their team amidst significant expansion. This role is ideal for candidates from all print sectors who aim to drive company revenue by identifying profitable opportunities and developing long-term growth strategies.

  1. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with past, current, and prospective clients.
  3. Lead and develop a team of direct reports, setting high standards and SMART objectives aligned with company goals.
  4. Create impactful business presentations, proposals, and internal communications.
  5. Develop training and performance improvement plans for team members.
  6. Inform clients about new products to generate additional business.

The role requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and a thorough knowledge of the printing industry. As the first point of contact for many clients, making a positive first impression is crucial.
