Job summary

Constantia Sittingbourne is seeking a motivated Print Assistant to join our team and support the print production process. You will assist with machine set-up, prepare materials, and help maintain quality standards on a rotating 3-shift pattern.

The role requires a reliable attitude, good communication and teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Driving licence and ability to travel to Sittingbourne for all shifts are essential; progression to Print Operator is available through on-the-job

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred but not essential.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence required to access the site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with print machine set-up and preparation.
• Ensure tooling, inks, and materials are available at press.
• Support efficient production and maintain high quality standards.
• Keep the work area organised, safe and production-ready.
